🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unused and in its original packaging
2. You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
3. Items must be in the same condition you received them

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

⚠️ Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, email us within 7 days of delivery at support@zenworkspace.com with a photo and your order number.

📍 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
